Cancellation and Refund Policy

This policy explains when an order for Amazon Growth Accelerator can be cancelled and when a payment is refundable.

1. Cancellation before analysis begins

You may cancel for a full refund any time before analysis work on your product begins. Analysis is considered begun when research on your submitted product starts, which may be shortly after payment confirmation. To cancel, email the support contact below with your Order ID as soon as possible.

2. Cancellation after analysis begins

Because the Service is a made-to-order professional analysis, orders are not refundable for change of mind once analysis has begun. If you submitted the wrong product, contact us immediately — where work has not materially progressed, we will switch the ASIN or cancel at our reasonable discretion.

3. On-Time Delivery Guarantee

Every paid order receives a committed delivery deadline (IST), shown on the order confirmation and email. If we fail to deliver your roadmap by the committed deadline, you are entitled to a full refund of that order on request. This guarantee covers delivery timing; it is not a guarantee of sales, ranking, advertising, or profitability outcomes.

4. Non-delivery or duplicate payment

If an amount was charged but no order was confirmed, or a duplicate charge occurred, the excess amount is refunded in full once verified with the payment provider.

5. How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment provider. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 working days; the time for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card network.

6. How to request

Email the support contact with your Order ID, the checkout email, and the reason. Refund requests under the On-Time Delivery Guarantee should be made within 14 days of the missed deadline.
