Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the purchase and delivery of Amazon Growth Accelerator (the "Service") from SERVICXY DIGITAL ALLIANCES (Partnership Firm) ("we", "us", the "Merchant"). By placing an order you accept these Terms.

1. The Service

The Service is a digital professional consulting deliverable: a product-specific growth roadmap for one Amazon product (one ASIN) per order, in the package scope selected at checkout and described on the Pricing and Service Details page. Product photography, image design, A+ Content design, video production, advertising spend, marketplace fees, and third-party tool costs are not included.

2. Your responsibilities

You confirm that the product information you submit is correct, that you are authorised to request analysis for the submitted product, and that the delivery email you provide is monitored. Analysis is prepared from the product's public listing and the details you submit. We never ask for your Seller Central password or OTP. Where the Execution Support package includes guided implementation, it is provided through screen-sharing sessions in which you remain in control of your account at all times.

3. Orders and payment

Prices are shown in INR before checkout. An order is confirmed only when payment is confirmed by our payment provider and you receive an Order ID. Package prices are fixed server-side; the amount charged is the package price shown at the time of order.

4. Delivery

Delivery is digital, by email, by the committed deadline stated on your order confirmation, as described in the Service Delivery Policy. No physical goods are shipped.

5. Revisions and clarification

Growth Roadmap includes 2 revisions, 15 days of clarification support from delivery, and 1 performance review conducted 15–30 days after delivery. Growth Roadmap + Execution Support includes 30 days of support from delivery with a maximum of 4 review cycles, including screen-sharing sessions. New scope (a different product, a re-analysis after major listing changes, or additional deliverables) requires a new order.

6. No outcome guarantee

Sales, ranking, advertising, and profitability outcomes depend on factors outside our control and are not guaranteed. See the Disclaimer.

7. Cancellation and refunds

As set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

8. Intellectual property

On full payment, the delivered roadmap is licensed to you for use in your own business. We retain the right to use our underlying methods, frameworks, and templates.

9. Confidentiality and data

Information you submit is used to deliver the Service and handled per the Privacy Policy.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or marketplace account actions taken by Amazon.

11. Independence

Amazon Growth Accelerator is an independent professional consulting service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon.

12. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer-protection rights available to you, courts at Unnao, Uttar Pradesh shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
