Amazon Growth Accelerator is a digital professional service. This page explains exactly how and when your order is delivered.

1. Delivery method

Your final report is delivered by email to the "Official email for delivery" you provide at checkout, as a PPT presentation attachment. No physical goods are shipped and nothing needs to be collected.

2. Committed deadline

When your payment is verified, the system calculates and locks a committed delivery deadline in Indian Standard Time. The commitment is delivery within 72 hours (calendar hours) of verified payment and receipt of complete product information. The exact deadline is shown identically at checkout, on the order confirmation page, and by email. Support communication is handled during support hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM IST (closed on public and festival holidays notified by the firm)); the 72-hour delivery clock itself runs on calendar time.

3. What can extend the timeline

If essential inputs are missing (for example, an incorrect ASIN or an inaccessible listing), we will contact you promptly; the committed timeline pauses until the required clarification is received. The updated deadline is confirmed by email.

4. One product per order

Each order covers one Amazon product (one ASIN). Multiple products require separate orders, each with its own deadline.

5. If we miss the deadline

The On-Time Delivery Guarantee applies: you can claim a full refund of that order.

6. Confirming delivery

Delivery is complete when the roadmap email is sent to your provided address. Please also check spam/promotions folders and add our sending address to your contacts. Delivery status questions: contact support with your Order ID.
