Keyword Deduplicator and Sorter

Paste a raw keyword dump (one per line, or comma/tab separated), remove duplicates and near-duplicates, and export sorted for a bulk upload sheet.

How this works

Frequently asked questions

Why does deduplication matter for backend search terms?

Amazon's backend search terms field has a strict byte limit (commonly 249 bytes). Repeating a keyword in different cases or with extra spacing wastes that limited space without adding any new searchable term - deduplicating first means every byte goes toward a distinct keyword.

Does this remove keywords that mean the same thing but are spelled differently?

No - this is exact, case-insensitive deduplication (ignoring extra spacing), not semantic matching. "Wireless earbuds" and "wireless earphones" are treated as different keywords because they are different words, even though they target a similar search intent.

Where does a raw keyword dump like this usually come from?

Typically a keyword research tool export, a scrape of competitor listings, or a merge of several sellers' keyword sheets - all of which routinely produce duplicates once combined, especially when the source data has inconsistent capitalization.

Can I use the sorted output directly in a bulk upload file?

Yes - copy the result textarea directly into your bulk listing sheet's keyword column. Nothing is reformatted beyond deduplication, sorting and whitespace cleanup, so it drops straight into Seller Central or Flipkart's bulk upload template.

Is there a limit to how many keywords I can paste in?

No hard limit is enforced by this tool, but very large pastes (tens of thousands of lines) run entirely in your browser's memory, so performance depends on your device rather than any server-side cap.
